You are listening to:2/28/21 One Team: “Designed to Win”
Jesus is the Team Captain and He’s ready to assemble His team. You survey the group of people huddled together and immediately pick out the top 5 people you would pick if you were Him. You’re not one of them. “I choose you,” You hear Him say, but you’re only half paying attention. No one is moving. You look around to see who He’s called but all eyes are on you. “I choose you,” He says again, and this time you look up and Jesus is looking at you.
This is how Jesus’ disciples must have felt when they were selected to join His team. In fact, this is how everyone feels when they discover they’ve been chosen — hand-picked to be on Team Jesus.
