This week as we conclude our blockbuster series, we look at the movie “Wonder”and learn to be wonder-filled people who stand out no matter our differences by choosing not to be bitter, but better, and to be amazingly kind to those around us with the help of, as we’ll learn, balcony people, who God places in our lives.

Blockbuster 4: “Aladdin”
Yet, he lives up to the character one would expect to find in royalty and families of nobility. He develops into a man of honorable character revealing his true nature from within. Yes, he is every bit as guilty of thievery by every bread he has stolen, every fruit he has been seduced by and every cave that he burgled. And, as we see this about him, perhaps we see a little bit of ourselves in him.

Yes, the newest character to join Woody, Buzz, Bo Peep and the gang is a spork-turned-toy named Forky. Throughout the movie Forky has to answer some serious existential questions like, “Why am I alive?” “What is my purpose?” “What is my identity? Am I trash or am I a toy?” and most importantly, “If I’m a spork, why am I called Forky?”
