Earl joined the pastoral staff of NHCO in 2001 after teaching English as a Second Language for many years in Hawaii. He also was a Missionary/English Teacher in Japan and taught English at Mililani HS. Earl has an M.A in Christian Ministry from Pacific Rim Christian University and an M.A in English as a Second Language at the U.H at Manoa. Earl also serves as a co-translator of the Hawaii Pidgin Bible. As Campus Pastor, he oversees Ohana Groups (small groups), First Impressions (Greeters & Connections) and Sports Ministries. He is married to his HS sweetheart and is a father of two.
