Pastor Michael Palompo Senior Pastor
Pastor Mike is not only a pastor, but also has a doctoral degree (Doctor of Ministry) and is an author, father and founder of New Hope Central Oahu. His life is one committed to Jesus and dedicated to reaching the lost for Christ. A MASTER of positive thinking, he has never seen a cloud without a silver lining.

Pastor Theresa has had amazing journey becoming co-pastor of New Hope Haleiwa with her husband Glenn. She has a high capacity for life and is gifted with prophesy which she is submitted to the Lord to develop. A heart for the Lord and a heart for people on the North Shore. Worship is her passion and joy.

Pastor Glenn became Chaplain Glenn in July of 2011 and a commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the Hawaii Army National Guard. He continues to pastor with New Hope Central Oahu, but now ministers to Hawaii's outstanding military community as well. We are so proud of you, Pastor Glenn!

Lori joined the NHCO team in 2006 and received her pastoral license the following year. She currently oversees church administration and is the Campus Pastor of the Wahiawa Campus at Iliahi Elementary School.

Mark Palompo joined the team at NHCO in 2010 after graduating from Life Pacific College with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies and an Emphasis in Youth Ministry. Mark served as Youth Pastor for 2 years before transitioning into the role of Campus Pastor at the Mililani Campus.

Earl joined the pastoral staff of NHCO in 2001 after teaching English as a Second Language for many years in Hawaii. He also was a Missionary/English Teacher in Japan and taught English at Mililani HS. He is married to his HS sweetheart and is a father of two.

Rich is the newest addition to the New Hope Central Oahu team as the Digital Media Minister. He loves all things with "buttons-and-lights" and spends his days staring into glowing pixels reaching the lost for the Lord.

Pam joined NHCO as part-time Frontlines administrator in Jan 2009 where she coordinates and organizes the often complex programming of our weekend services. She graduated from Kaimuki High then attended the University of Hawaii. Pam is an excellent example of a servant leader and always has a winning spirit. She has a passion to see people reached for Christ at church.


Lisa always has a smile and is a hard worker around the office and in the Kingdom Cafe. A talented singer, eager volunteer and mother to a wonderful family, we are so blessed to have Lisa on staff.


Jane Amano is one of the first people ever to work for New Hope Central Oahu (then, New Hope Mililani). She keeps our financial records up to date and accurate.
